I have worked my way up from Junior Secretary through numerous administrative positions in numerous industries which has given me a truly fully rounded perspective on business operations, systems and strategies. I have helped in starting and building two successful family businesses in the motor trade and currently one in the engineering sector.

Over the last 20 years I have helped to successfully navigated the ups and downs of running our business through both personnel situations and financial crises. This has helped me to develop and cultivate a truly holistic approach to the business world and the support  required for staff and clients alike. I take each situation as a learning opportunity to bring a considerate, compassionate, and wiser perspective into my professional business experience and acumen. I love to look at the bigger picture, find out what works and what does not, so processes are constantly reviewed and improved for both staff and clients personal and business experiences.
